Reading Time: 2 minutesThanks to the feedback from our community of Ever Accountable users, we have improved the design, accessibility, and usability of our reports. Here is what you can expect with the new reports:
CLARITY
We heard feedback that the old reports were often confusing and overwhelming. All of the users information was spread across one long page. Our new reports break information into smaller groups with clear headings, so users can view only what they want.
SECURITY
The new reports will better protect your browsing history.
DELIVERABILITY
The new reports should be far less likely to be sent to spam folders.
REPORTS AT THE READY
You don't have to wait a whole week to see your friend or partner's activity! The new reports will still be sent once a week, but an updated report will also be available any time an accountability partners wants to log in and see it.
TEXT AND EMAIL ALERTS
We have listened to accountability partners requests for alerts when their friend views blacklisted material. That feature is now possible! You will now be able to opt-in and receive email or text alerts. Just click the bell icon at the top to turn this on.
VIEW EXTRA DETAILS
Click the "info" link next to an app or website your partner viewed and an extra screen will pop up showing detailed information relating to it. If the item was a visited website, you can also click a button to be taken to that website in a new tab. This gives you the opportunity to further use your good judgement.
HOW TO ACCESS AND USE THE NEW REPORTS
- Just like before, we will send you a summary via email
- Click the big "View Full Report" button to sign in
- Use the "Sign in with Google" button (easiest!) or type in a new password
We made them as user-friendly as possible. You will see a clean report with two buttons: one to view all content, and one to view time spent. A third button will appear if suspicious material is found.
WHEN WILL THESE BE READY?
A link to the new report will be included at the top of your next weekly accountability report. Our old report will still be sent as usual for some time. Once we are confident in the new reports, we will be shutting off the old ones.
